Minimum Order

The minimum order is $150. Orders less than $150 are subject to a $9.95 handling fee. Minimum order on drop ship orders is $50.


Net 30 Days. Invoices not paid within terms are subject to monthly service charges of 1-1/2% per month (18% annual percentage rate).


For your convenience, we accept check, money order and VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Applicable COD charges are incorporated on to your invoice.


To assist you in the control of your budget, prices contained herein are scheduled to be firm, however, unavoidable cost increases from the manufacturer or other sources may occur. In these instances, price adjustments may be necessary. If a price or additional fee is to change, we will make every effort to notify you of the change at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to correct typographical and pricing errors without notice.


Your local and state taxes shall be paid by the buyer unless an exemption certificate is on file with Home Depot Pro.


Stock items will ship within 24-72 hours depending on established shipping schedules.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150, subject to conditions, within the continental United States. Orders under $150and orders shipped outside the continental U.S. are shipped F.O.B. or by dependable United Parcel Service (UPS) from one of our MRO distribution centers. 2nd Day Air Service and Next Business Day Delivery orders are subject to a $9.95 handling charge plus applicable shipping charges. We also deliver to rural route addresses, but only if you include your phone number with your order. UPS will then call you to make arrangements for delivery. UPS will not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Select markets ship via Home Depot Pro local trucks. All orders exceeding the 150 lb. limit will be shipped via truck line.

Truck line shipments have a $500 minimum order, or a $99 shipping charge. All orders shipped via truck line are subject to $7.95 handling charge. Customer pays freight charges on unpublished drop ship orders. While we continually strive to control the expense of shipping products in an environment of volatile cost, we reserve the right to adjust freight charges and handling fees accordingly. Delivery is contingent on government regulations, strikes and other circumstances beyond our control.

Our customer service representatives are available 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday to assist you in placing and tracking orders, credit questions and in contacting your local Home Depot Pro sales professional. In addition, you can fax in your order anytime to 877-712-6726. Call Monitoring and Recording

At Home Depot Pro, we are always striving to provide you with a better customer experience. As part of these efforts, your telephone calls with our account managers and customer service representatives may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.

Return Goods Policy

  1. Please contact Customer Service prior to returning any items to receive authorization. Be prepared with the following information:
    • Invoice or order number, if available
    • Item number and quantity to be returned
  2. Requests for returns must be made within ninety (90) days of delivery.
  3. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to returns unless items are found to be damaged or defective, or in cases where a shipping error occurred.

Order is Damaged, Defective or Short

Buyer shall examine material upon receipt. Damaged items and order shortages must be reported to HD Supply within three business days of receipt. Open all packages and inspect products for completeness and condition upon delivery.

Delivery to jobsite constitutes delivery to Buyer, regardless of whether Buyer or his/her agent is at the site at the time of delivery or signs a delivery receipt. In those rare instances when a package is lost or an item is damaged in transit, we assume full responsibility for filing claims.

Porcelain/china products and cabinets must be inspected at the time of delivery. If broken, items must not be signed for and delivery should be refused. If items cannot be inspected at time of delivery, then it is recommended that the customer sign for item "pending inspection" on the bill of lading, and will have three days to notify us of any problems. It will be the customers' responsibility to file any claims with carrier, if the above protocol is not followed.

For Friedrich products, if the product is defective, a field service technician will be dispatched to repair the product; a credit return will not be allowed. Please call customer care to schedule a technician.


  1. When possible, count the number of cartons or items. This must be the same as shown on the freight bill. If not, sign the freight bill "short" before the driver leaves. Any visible signs of damage, including shrink-wrap being torn or missing, should be noted on freight bill.
  2. Check-in shipment immediately and report discrepancies as soon as possible. If shortages are not reported within 72 hours of receipt, they will not be credited.
  3. Not all orders come on the same delivery. Make sure the number of cartons shown on the packing slip matches those delivered before claiming shortages.
  4. If a shortage has been called in, but later received, please notify us immediately so paperwork can be corrected.

Merchandise is Non-returnable*

  • Major appliances
  • Custom products such as paint, blinds, and other made to order items
  • Special order products
  • Whole house and stationary generators
  • Labor, delivery, and/or installation services
  • Product samples (e.g., paint, flooring, fabric, and wallpaper)
  • Chemicals where the product seal is open

Defective Items

Items defective in manufacturing will be replaced without charge. An RGA number is required prior to returning to Home Depot Pro. Some defective items may be subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty and will not be replaced by Home Depot Pro.


Credit terms are granted to new Home Depot Pro customers upon the Home Depot Pro approved Credit Application form. The Credit Application form is available by contacting Home Depot Pro Customer Service.
