For me, the SupplyWorks In-Site for Education program was brought to me through my membership with the Schools of Illinois Public Cooperative (SIPC). Its 6 step program of; 1-Assessment, 2-Benchmark & Analysis, 3-Plan Implementation, 4-Staff Development, 5-Custom Performance Tool, and 6-Building and Staff Certification is the foundation for best practices of any custodial department. I work as a Director of Facilities with a large unit school district and I serve as the current Chairman for the SIPC. The SupplyWorks In-Site for Education program has served as the framework for the Performance Driven Management App that the SIPC developed for its members which is used to measure the cleaning performance of our staff and as a benchmark from one month to another and from one building to another.
