We'll perform a comprehensive facility assessment to compile the necessary information related to all areas of your facility. After thoroughly reviewing your site, your SupplyWorks account executive will create detailed reports for benchmarking.

New Building Assessment App
The primary purpose of the data base driven assessments is to improve operational effectiveness as both the client and the SupplyWorks' account executive respond to the information it provides.

Our thorough site assessment uncovers actionable data that is used to get you on track for a cleaner and more efficient facility. This data is used to create inspection reports for custodial functions and detailed program analysis for senior managers and administrators.

Building Level Assesment
Each of the assessments measure key elements of custodial operation specific to building type and provide real time detailed graphic reporting.


K-12 Labor Analysis
The database driven labor analysis establishes building and district workload averages per custodian FTE and compares to national average. The app also provides important detail on how equitable labor is being distributed throughout the district.

Step 4: Staff Training

Our informative and action oriented training sessions are delivered to you online, in a classroom setting or right in the custodian's closet. Our training is available bi-lingually, with online versions that notify program administrators of completion.


Step 5: Certification and Ongoing Evaluation

Achieve one of three levels of certification. Your audit and roadmap for success are always available to you online. We will continue to work with you to achieve even higher levels of certification.


Step 6: Cleaning Performance Index Tool

The Cleaning Performance Index (CPI) tool provides clients an opportunity to design their own custom cleaning performance audit that is Internet-based. The easy-to-use CPI tool gives you a choice of room types, as well as the ability to rename the individual spaces and select from a list of callouts.

The audit provides the inspector a means to record the level of performance. It also provides the inspector the opportunity to add notes and point-and-click picture taking. The audits roll up into graphic reports that track results in each building and by building group.

Create summary reports that you can export and analyze in MS Excel. Review and print your results based on the location and timeline you desire.
