We are excited to announce that The Home Depot has signed a definitive agreement to purchase HD Supply, a leading national distributor of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) products serving the multifamily and hospitality space. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals, and we will notify you when the deal is closed.

Acquiring HD Supply will allow us to better serve you by offering an even greater selection of products, value-added services and solutions with a complementary MRO-specific distribution network across an expanded territory.

In the meantime, it is business as usual. We will continue to serve you and other customers as we have in the past, and existing arrangements and agreements remain in effect. For your operational processes and financial systems, nothing changes, and all orders and payments will continue as normal.
