Contact-Free Delivery Update

Valued Pro Customer,

March 30, 2020, we began implementing contact-free deliveries for the health and safety of our customers and our associates. We know people depend on your business, and you depend on us. Our goal remains to safely serve your business during these challenging times.

Please review the new proof of delivery process for orders delivered by The Home Depot Pro fleet.

Contact-Free Delivery Process – Effective Immediately:

  • Our delivery driver will enter a note indicating that a picture is being captured for proof of delivery
  • The driver will take photo(s) of the delivery and attach it to the delivery "notes"
  • These photo(s) will be used in lieu of your signature or signature on file, and will be accessible for your reference by contacting customer service at 1-866-412-6726.

Please note, there will be no change in how deliveries are handled if the delivery location is closed. These deliveries will be returned to the distribution center as usual.

We will continue to follow this process until social distancing guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) indicates that it’s safe to return to our standard signature or signature on file process. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to us at 1-866-412-6726.
