Manufactured to exacting tolerances, plus dependable operation, water economy, low maintenance costs and extended life make the Sloan ROYAL the most successful Flush Valve ever made. Low Consumption Flushing with Performance and Accuracy Accurately meters water for 1.6 gallon (6 liter) water closets and 1 gallon (3.8 liter) urinals while maximizing fixture performance. The Royal Flush Valves have ADA Compliant Metal Oscillating Non-Hold-Open Handles with Triple Seal Handle Packing and CID Flush Technology to ensure accuracy and continued water conservation. Handle Packing, Stop Seat and Vacuum Breaker to be Molded from PERMEX Rubber Compound for Chloramine Resistance. The Clean Solution for Dirty Water Conditions. A unique patented DUAL FILTERED BY-PASS DIAPHRAGM protects the valve against run-on that can be caused by sand particles and other waterborne debris. Additional features include: Adjustable Tailpiece, High Back Pressure Vacuum Breaker Flush Connection with One-piece Bottom Hex Coupling Nut, Spud Coupling and Flange Top Spud, Sweat Solder Adapter with Cover Tube and Cast Set Screw Wall Flange, High Copper, Low Zinc Brass Castings for Dezincification Resistance. Valve Body, Cover, Tailpiece and Control Stop shall be in conformance with ASTM Alloy Classification for Semi-Red Brass. Valve shall be in compliance to the applicable sections of ASSE 1037, ANSI/ASME 112.19.6, and Military Specification V-29193.
