Product Overview
These screen frame kits are constructed of roll-formed aluminum frame material and they come in a mill finished color. Using the components of this kit, up to a 36 in. x 36 in. screen frame can be constructed or any other smaller custom sizes when cutting to size. Additional items included in this kit include the square-cut corners, vinyl spline and a charcoal fiberglass cloth. These kits are available in other sizes and colors and they are used by many for replacing damaged and missing screens. The screen frame material is intentionally cambered (curved) outward, which helps to prevent inward bowing when screen cloth is installed and stretched taut.
