    Product Overview

    This tilt latch, spring loaded, injected molded plastic, white, with fasteners. For use on sash panels designed to tilt-in and down from the top for cleaning, 3-9/16 in. L, 7/8 in. W, 2-5/8 in. hole centers, 11/16 in. backset. Use by a variety of window manufactures. 1 left hand latch and 1 right hand latch.

    • Used by a variety of single and double hung window manufacturers
    • 1 left and 1 right latch
    • Mounting holes are 2-9/16 in. on center
    • White injected molded plastic construction
    • Spring-loaded
    • All the necessary mounting hardware is included for a quick and easy installation
