Roy Kolstad to Join SupplyWorks as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Operations Former Click Commerce and SSA VP to Drive Worldwide Sales Operations and Market Development for Best-of-Breed Supply Management Firm BEDFORD, Mass, 10/20/03 SupplyWorks, Inc., the leader in end-to-end strategic sourcing and purchasing software that helps discrete manufacturers improve supply management, today announced that Roy Kolstad is joining the firm as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Operations. Mr. Kolstad will oversee all market development and sales-related activities, and will report to SupplyWorks President and CEO Jeff Herrmann. Mr. Kolstad joins SupplyWorks with a distinguished track record in software sales. He served as Vice President, Field Operations for Click Commerce, where he was responsible for all sales, project implementations and customer support operations. During his tenure with Click Commerce, the company achieved more than 400 percent revenue growth, boosting sales from roughly $10 Million in 1999 to over $40 Million in 2002. Earlier, Kolstad served as Vice President, North America Sales for ERP software provider System Software Associates (SSA), where he repeatedly surpassed business targets and was promoted into positions of successively greater responsibility during a 10 year tenure. At SSA, Kolstad successfully served a customer base of more than 1,000 companies. Kolstad previously held sales and financial management positions with Real Time Software, Mark Controls Corporation, Abbott Laboratories, and Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
