Scott Malia
General Manager
Consona ERP
Scott Malia joined Consona Corporation in October 1994 as an account executive for new system sales. He was later promoted to regional sales manager for the southeast territory. In August 2003, Malia was named director, sales and served in this role until he was promoted to general manager of Consona ERP in January 2006.
Prior to joining Consona, Malia worked at CAD/CAM Engineering as a sales representative and was in charge of launching the company’s reseller channel for the Keywill system, a micro-ERP software package. Malia also spent more than nine years in the manufacturing environment while employed at PM Company, a converter and supplier of business machine rolls and banking and financial products. During his tenure at PM Company, Malia held many positions, including accounting/job costing, production scheduler, production manager, and sales representative.
Malia studied business at Indiana University/Purdue University Indianapolis.
Jerry Staddon
Vice President, Research and Development, Consona ERP
Jerry Staddon joined Consona Corporation in May 1995 and has served in a vice president role since April 2004. In 2006, Staddon was promoted to be the vice president of development for the Consona ERP business unit.
During his career at Made2Manage Systems, Staddon has held assignments such as technical consultant, project manager, and director of product development.
Prior to joining Consona, Staddon served as divisional president at Micro Data Base Systems Inc., a provider of database development tools.
Staddon is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a B.S. degree in computer science.
Todd Schulte
Vice President, Support and Education, Consona Corporation
Todd Schulte joined Consona Corporation in March 1994 and currently serves as vice president, support and education, overseeing the execution of customer support and education; support and education delivery models; and the continuous improvement of support and education processes and operating metrics across the entire Consona family of products.
Schulte has held various positions throughout his tenure at the company, including support analyst; education specialist; primary developer of Made2Manage™ Time2Value tools; product manager, designer, and manager of M2M Expert, Made2Manage Systems’ award-winning customer Web site; product manager, services; and director, support and education.
Under Schulte’s management, M2M Expert was named one of the Association of Support Professionals’ Ten Best Web Support Sites 2002, 2003, and 2006.
In addition, Schulte and his team saw M2M Expert win the Service & Support Professional Association’s 2002 WebStar Service award.
Before joining Consona, Schulte worked as a programmer for the Indiana Department of Environmental Management. Schulte received his B.S. degree in economics from Miami University.
Milt Volosyn
Vice President, Professional Services, Consona ERP
Milt Volosyn began his tenure at Consona Corporation in July 1996 as an implementation consultant. He later became the first implementation consulting manager, growing the group to over 20 consultants. Volosyn assumed the role of manager, development services in June 2000, and was later promoted to director, technical services in 2003.
Volosyn currently serves as vice president, professional services for the Consona ERP business unit, overseeing the development services, network consulting, and implementation consulting departments.
Volosyn has over 30 years of data processing experience. Prior to joining Consona, he worked as an information and implementation consultant in the software industry. Additionally, he owned his own OEM equipment distribution business for 13 years.
Volosyn attended the University of Wisconsin and Cleveland State University, majoring in business and data processing.
Bill Haynes
Vice President, Sales, Consona ERP
Bill Haynes joined Consona Corporation in July 1995 as an implementation consultant and later moved into the role of manufacturing application consultant. Haynes was then promoted to manager, manufacturing application consulting and later served as director, customer sales.
Haynes was promoted to vice president, sales for the Consona ERP business unit in January 2006. Prior to joining Made2Manage Systems, Haynes worked as a production manager for an aerospace company. His career also included work as an application consultant for a scheduling software company.
Haynes holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from Purdue University.
